TEST RESULTS - ARE YOU WAITING FOR RESULTS OF A RECENT TEST - WE ASK THAT PATIENTS CONTACT THE SURGERY AFTER 11AM TO OBTAIN ANY TEST RESULTS. The TEST RESULTS LINE will not be available until 11am. Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
The practice premises at both Ambrose Avenue and Tollgate Health Centre have suitable access for disabled patients. There is one designated parking space for disabled patients at Ambrose Avenue and four at Tollgate Health Centre.

From 2nd June 2014 we will be offering an Online Booking Facility through this website. To access this system you first need to obtain Log In details from one of our Reception Team at either Ambrose or Tollgate, you will be asked for PROOF OF ID before we can give you the login details. Once you have your log in details come back to this website and click on the following link CLICK HERE FOR APPOINTMENTS ONLINE, FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS VIA SYSTMONE ONLINE OR TO ADVISE OF ANY ADDRESS AMENDMENTS.
Please note this service will be for ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS ONLY. Any speciality appointments (such as coil fittings, travel vaccines, nexplanon fitting, ear syringing etc) will have to be booked by speaking to one of our Reception team. This service will NOT allow booking of DOUBLE APPOINTMENTS - if you need a double appointment please speak to a member of our reception team.
