From Monday 4^th March 2024 our Appointment system is changing.

• A patient will now be able to book a specific timed appointment on the day.
• You may be given the option to leave the surgery & return 30 minutes before your appointment time.
• On the day telephone appointments will also be available on the day.
• There will now be appointments available to book online, these will open 2 working days before.
• We will aim to have another doctor at another Ambrose at least once a week.
• On these days you may be given the choice of which surgery is better for you.

Due to these changes, we will only have a specific number of on the day appointments.

We will no longer be able to guarantee that all patients will be seen who attend before 10am.
